私たち日本人は、この日本という国家と運命を共にする存在ですが、
外国人はそうではありません。
彼らは、いざとなれば帰るべき母国があるのです。

そのような人たちに国家・国民の命運を決定する参政権を付与するのは、
無責任な行いとしか言いようがありません。
日本に帰化することをしない、あるいは帰化を拒否した人間は
外国人として生きていくことを選択したわけであり、
そのような人間が 日本の参政権を持たないのは至極当然のことです。

「帰化はしたくないけど選挙権だけよこせ」というのは、
あまりにも日本人を 小馬鹿にした、失礼な考え方ではないでしょうか。

「帰化はしたくないがどうしても選挙に参加したい」というのであれば、
外国である日本ではなく、本国の選挙に参加あるいは参加できるようにして
祖国に貢献するべきです。
