あのね、 解りやすくたとえるとですね、 ホシザキの業務用冷蔵庫・冷凍庫って安いのでも50万から、モノによって普通に90万とかするですよ。 それじゃもったいないと、そこいらで安売りしている冷蔵庫を買って、 業務用として厨房で毎日使うと1年くらいで間違いなくどこか壊れる。 ヘタしたら故障して何日か営業できなくなる可能性さえある。 特に冷凍庫でこの事態が発生したら家庭と違って損害は甚大だ。 個人でやってるような小さなところはともかく、どこの店だって家庭用のなんか置いてないだろ？ だから価格が3倍でもホシザキを買うんだよ。 ＧＥにだって性能の良い業務用があるかもしれないが、売ったあと代理店が撤退なんてしたら洒落にならない。 何かあったら電話一本で保守担当技術者が飛んでくるから国産かつ業務用なのよ。 耐久性や信頼性をさしおいて価格競争して良い物と悪いモノがある。 ましてや国家の防衛にかかわることとなればなおさらだ。
